Richard Weber

Richard is an independent simplification expert and information architect with over 20 years of insight and experience in user-centered and information design. In a career spanning both consulting and corporate roles, Rich has always put his focus on improving relevance and accessibility to products, services and collaborative media; ensuring that customers and users achieve their goals.

While at IBM, Rich directed the high-level IA of ibm.com, and was the user experience owner of IBM’s support site. As a consultant and project manager, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, creating interfaces and documents to clearly communicate complex products in the financial, insurance, and telecom industries. Notable clients have included: Bank Boston, Call-Net, CIBC Trust, FedEx, GE, Lincoln Life, McGraw Hill, Ryder, Shearson, and Time Warner.
