The site provided a home to—benefits-oriented—perspectives within a maturing, theretofore product-development centered organization. Combining a unique customer focus with value-based content—both existing and newly created—the Business Value site made innovative use of web parts and automated online customer service, and offered real-time chat service to field sales and internal marketing and development teams.
